Spirit Speak with Seane Corn:
Turning Your Yoga Class Into a Journey of the Soul
November 5th-9th - 9:00am-4:30pm
In this very special 5-day immersion, open to yoga teachers and seasoned practitioners, Seane Corn will take participants deep into the process of exploring the subtle, physical and spiritual energies involved in finding one’s own unique self expression and facilitating transformational journey work for themselves and their students. This training is about cultivating personal strengths as a yogi, developing a strong and confident voice, and how to turn a simple class or personal practice into a soul-inspiring experience.
All practitioners are taught the mechanics: alignment, sequencing, asana, pranayama, meditation – the tradition and rich history of yoga. Yet, they are often left yearning for a way to bring themselves, and later their students, into a place of deep surrender, prayer and intentional energetic shifts.
“Holding space” for transformation requires our own deep commitment to the inner journey of spirit and the compassion, courage, and willingness to articulate the soul’s journey to others. With Seane’s guidance, we’ll explore our own personal practice and connection to source and how to then invite Spirit into the body/mind experience, incorporate ritual, and realize how to speak authentically from the heart as a way to inspire, inform and motivate our practice or class.
This training will ultimately shed light on just how powerful and inspirational YOU can be and offer tools for sharing your unique self-expression on your mat.
Yin + Pin

Join Kelly and Katie for a soothing combonation of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture. According to traditional Chinese Medicine there are pathways (or Meridian Lines) in the body that can be opened to allow energy to flow more freely. Yin Yoga adapts this philosophy with different postures designed to access the deepest muscles and pressure points of the body, to stimulate change, as well as, promote overall calm. Coupling this practice with a group acupuncture session, while in savasana, will help to balance the yin & yang energies, reduce stress, muscle pain, anxiety, and elevating the mood. $40 early bird, $45 at the door.
Functional Core Integration: Yoga Workshop

Saturday, April 21st - 1:00-2:30pm
Move from your center! Starting with basic anatomy and function, learn to activate and engage your core musculature to stabilize and strengthen your body for a balanced, integrated movement practice. Practical applications of these concepts can not only be used for yoga, but for other functional movement patterns - such as running, swimming, etc. No experience is needed. Movements will be modified for all levels. $30.

Feelosophy Yoga aims to offer you an opportunity to connect with the present moment through your body and breath, and by extension, to those around you. Ashley Brodeur, founder of Feelosophy Yoga, has a caring and communicative approach that ensures a safe and comfortable experience, with the end goal being a renewed connection with yourself and your community. This workshop will join together restorative yoga, massage and good tunes to create a memorable experience that will leave you feeling loved - both inside and out. $40.
Feelosophy - Hands On Training

Learn to feel more confident with hands on touch and adjustments in order to offer relaxing, safe and supportive touch to your students. Ashley Brodeur, founder of Feelosophy Yoga will cover the importance of touch, safety and consent surrounding touch, how to protect yourself when offering touch, and will also cover scents/aromatherapy and how to incorporate them into your teaching. You will gain hands on experience with touch, adjustments and techniques for common yoga poses. This is a great course if you are a yoga teacher wanting to learn or practice your adjustment techniques, or for students interested in touch. Feelosophy Yoga aims to offer you an opportunity to connect with the present moment through your body and breath, and by extension, to those around you. Our caring and communicative approach ensures a safe and comfortable experience, with the end goal being a renewed connection with yourself and your community. This training is registered with the Yoga Alliance Continuing Credits, it will be good for 10 hours, 7 contact hours with 3 hours of practice to be done after the course and a feedback form to be filled out by their volunteer students. $275.
Love Your Brain Fundamental Series
for people with TBIs

If you have experienced a TBI (including concussion) or are a caregiver or support person, we invite you to join our yoga community! Through this program, we hope you discover your inner resources for learning, growing, healing, and thriving. Experience gentle yoga to improve strength and balance and meditation practices to reduce stress. Class themes will foster resilience and compassion.
To create a culture of shared experiences related to TBI, our program is only open to the TBI community at this time. TBI is caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head, or penetrating head injury. If you have another type of brain injury (e.g., stroke, anoxia, tumor) we'll do our best to refer you to another program that can meet your needs. Thanks for your understanding.
