with Kim Ellner
Friday, April 26th - 8:00-10:00pm
Experience the relaxing power of Restorative Yoga, enhanced by the dynamic healing of Reiki treatments. Reiki is higher intelligence guided by primal life energy. Reiki treatments enhance the flow of healthy energy and disempower the flow of sick energy. In this workshop, you will experience the Reiki practitioner directing healthy energy into the body’s energy field, restoring the natural flow of energy. Restorative Yoga is the centering of the breath and body. It is a form of yoga that relies on props to support the body and allow you to completely relax and rest. The muscles give up all physical holding of any tension, encouraging the body and mind to become quiet and still. In this workshop, you will be lovingly guided through ever deeper states of blissful consciousness. $40.
