Classes will be open to 12 kids only. We will be following socially distancing guidelines and regulations as per the CDC. We will be moving inside the studio space starting this November. Our indoor space is full of windows, all of which will be open. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Masks are required for kids of all ages upon entering and exiting the practice space and during the class.
Alluem Little Kids (ages 3-6) - A Parent Present Class:
Sundays 10:00-10:45AM - Join us for this outdoor parent in and child class in Hanson Park combining yoga poses, games and songs. Alluem Little Kids is a great class to get your little one exploring the world of yoga! Parents are welcome to move as much or as little as they'd like! Most importantly, they are responsible for keeping their child safe and socially distanced. Weekly Drop-ins Sundays 10:00AM!
Alluem Little Kids (ages 4-6):
Tuesdays 3:45-4:45PM - Combining yoga poses, games, songs, storytime and art, Alluem Little Kids is a great class to get your little one exploring the world of yoga! Along with fun asana (yoga poses), these classes explore kid-friendly breathing and meditation exercises while developing mental, physical and emotional awareness - enough to enrich any child's life! 6 Week Session. - NEW SESSION STARTS FEB. 9TH!
Alluem Kids (ages 7-9):
Thursdays 3:45-4:45PM - From yoga poses and games, to stories, writing and art, Alluem Kids is a great program to further your child's yoga practice! These classes explore kid-friendly breathing and meditation exercises to help improve focus and concentration, while gaining strength and flexibility through fun asana (yoga poses). Your child will build the inner strength and confidence they need to take them into the next stages of life. 6 Week Session. - NEW SESSION STARTS FEB. 25TH!
Alluem Tweens (ages 10-12):
Mondays 3:45-4:45PM - As your child enters the tween years, Alluem Tween classes allow the growing yogi to develop self-awareness along with strength and flexibility. Through flowing sequences, partner poses, cooperative yoga games, writing and art activities, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques your child will embrace their potential in a positive and nurturing environment. Spirited class discussion and reflection on age appropriate topics such as compassion, gratitude, empathy and community are part of what makes these classes valuable. 6 Week Session. Alluem Teens (ages 12-17):
Wednesdays 4:00-5:00PM - Let your teen's yoga practice be the path for discovering their passions, their purpose and their strengths. As we strengthen our bodies on the mat, we also strengthen our minds and our hearts. Since stress can play a considerable role in the lives of teens, these classes emphasize being happy with the person you are today! 6 Week Session. Drop-ins Welcome! - NEW SESSION STARTS MARCH 3RD!
Family Yoga (ages 4-10 with adult) - Family Yoga brings together adults and the little ones in their lives in a fun, light-hearted class. Children and at least one adult partner up and support each other. The intention of the class is to have fun, spend time together and increase joy through building your family relationship. NEXT CLASS FEB. 13th - Livestream All About Love with Miss Faye!
Parent/Child Yoga for Anxiety (ages 8-12 with adult) - This very special hour long yoga practice will focus on anxiety and ways to manage it by linking the mind, body and breath. A hybrid of a traditional family yoga class, a typical flow and a meditation all wrapped into an hour. Families will breathe, bend and bond together. The goal is to give families tools learned on the mat and to apply them to everyday situations that cause stress and anxiety. Students will feel more confident as they practice a series of poses and controlled breathing to connect with their bodies, followed by a guided meditation to connect with the inner workings of their minds.
