9/11 Meditation & Prayer

Chair Yoga
with Mary Roth 15 minute Chair Yoga practice. This class is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair. The chair is used due to the difficulty with balance or in getting down and up off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, gentle stretching and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. |

The Warrior Within
with Erin Goldfeder 30 minute Warrior Within practice. This practice is designed to combine both vinyasa flow and strength training in a way that is fun and functional. Exercise your mind and body together. |

Gentle Yoga
with Karen Mustard 25 minute Gentle Yoga practice. This class is for all levels and for those seeking practice focusing on deep stretching, relaxation and calming of the mind. This class moves at a slower pace with deep intention. All levels welcome. |

Moving Into Meditation
with Mindy Cullen 20 minute practice to prepare the body for meditation. Let your body release and move through a slow flow that prepares you for a twenty minute guided meditation. This is a class to help you learn to settle into yourself. It is an opportunity to go deeper in the purpose of your yoga practice and be still. Let your mind slow down. Feel awakened and at ease. with Mark Paczkowski 25 minute practice for bringing awareness to and a strengthening of the core. Learn to activate and engage your core musculature to stabilize and strengthen your body. Big focus on breath for stability and connection. All levels welcome. |
